Certified organic Packham pears, a large, juicy pear with green skin that turns yellow-green as it ripens, and sweet, smooth flesh.
Ripen them on the counter until the flesh near the stem gives to gentle pressure, then keep them in the fridge for a few more days. Eat them fresh, slice them onto cheese boards and salads, or poach and bake them. Priced per pear.
