Certified organic iceberg lettuce, priced per unit as listed. Cool, crunchy and mild, it is the lettuce for wedge salads, burgers and tacos.

Keep the head in a bag in the fridge and it holds for a week or more. Shred it for tacos and sandwiches, tear it into a chopped salad, or cut it into wedges with blue cheese dressing.
