About this product
Certified organic fresh basil, with bright green, fragrant leaves and the sweet, peppery flavour that summer cooking is built on.
Basil dislikes the cold: trim the stems and keep it in a glass of water on the counter, loosely covered, and use it within a few days. Tear the leaves over tomatoes and mozzarella, blend them into pesto or stir them into pasta and curries at the end of cooking.
