Certified organic fennel, a crisp white bulb with feathery green fronds and a mild anise flavour. Store it in the fridge crisper, where it keeps for about a week.

Shave the bulb raw into salads with orange and olive oil, or quarter it and roast until sweet and caramelised. Save the fronds and chop them as a fresh herb over fish or soup.
