About this product
Certified organic brown mushrooms, sold by weight. They have a deeper, earthier flavour than white mushrooms and a firm texture that browns well. Choose the weight you want and we pack them from our loose mushrooms.
Keep them in a paper bag in the fridge and use them within a few days; wipe them clean rather than soaking them. Sauté them with butter and thyme, add them to pasta sauces and risotto, or roast them with garlic.
