About this product
A bunch of certified organic black kale, also called lacinato or Tuscan kale, with long, dark, bumpy leaves. It is more tender and a little sweeter than curly kale and holds its texture when cooked.
Wrap it loosely and keep it in the fridge crisper for about a week. Strip the leaves from the stems, then slice them thinly for a raw salad, stir them into soups and stews or bake them into kale chips. Priced per bunch.
