Certified organic baby bok choy, priced per unit as listed. Small heads with crisp white stems and tender green leaves, mild and slightly sweet.

Keep it in a bag in the fridge and use it within a few days. Halve it lengthwise and sear it cut-side down, stir-fry it with garlic and ginger, steam it whole, or drop it into noodle soup in the last minute of cooking.
