About this product
Certified organic asparagus, sold by weight. The spears are tender and grassy, and at their best cooked simply. Choose the weight you want and we pack it from the same asparagus we sell in store.
Stand the spears upright in a glass with a little water, cover loosely and keep them in the fridge for two to three days. Snap off the woody ends, then roast, grill or steam them, or shave them raw into salads.
