Cedar Valley Garlic and Herb Pita Chips are crunchy pita chips made in Canada and cooked entirely in coconut oil, with no seed oils. Dehydrated garlic, herbs and spices season an unbleached wheat flour pita, with sea salt to finish.
The garlic and herb flavour goes with just about any dip: hummus, spinach dip, tzatziki or a soft cheese. They are also good crumbled over a salad or a bowl of soup for crunch. Once the bag is open, seal it well so they stay crisp.
