Cape Herb & Spice Sriracha Salt takes the flavour of the famous hot sauce, garlicky chilli with a touch of sweetness, and puts it into a coarse sea salt you grind fresh at the table. It gives you the heat and tang of sriracha without the liquid.

Grind it over fried eggs, avocado toast, popcorn, french fries or corn on the cob, or use it to finish a stir-fry or a bowl of ramen. It is good on the rim of a Caesar glass too. Start with a light hand, since the chilli builds. Keep the grinder somewhere dry so the salt does not clump.
