Camino Organic Bittersweet Chocolate Chips are made from three ingredients: cocoa mass, golden cane sugar and cocoa butter, with a minimum of 71% cacao. There are no additives and no emulsifiers, so the flavour is deep and intensely chocolatey with a clean finish.

Use them in cookies, muffins and brownies, melt them for ganache or a dipping sauce, or eat a handful straight from the bag. With no dairy in the list, they are a good pick for vegan baking. The cocoa and sugar are Fairtrade, grown by small-scale farmers.
