Camino Organic Unsweetened Chocolate Chips are chocolate and nothing else: organic cacao mass and cacao butter, 100% cacao, with no added sugar. They are intense and bitter on their own, which is exactly what you want when you are controlling the sweetness yourself.

Melt them into brownies, mole and chili, blend them into smoothies or hot chocolate, or use them in low-sugar baking where you add your own sweetener. Camino says they are made free from 14 allergens, and the cacao is grown by small-scale farmers.
