Bulk Organic Dutch Pressed Cocoa Powder

Organic Dutch-pressed cocoa powder, sold by weight from the bulk section. Dutch-process cocoa has been treated to reduce its natural acidity, which gives it a darker colour and a smoother, less sharp chocolate flavour than natural cocoa.

It is the cocoa for brownies, chocolate cake, hot chocolate and anything where you want deep colour and mellow flavour. Scoop what you need into a jar and keep it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard away from strong smells.
