Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 3.79 L

Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar in the 3.79 L jug is the bulk size of the same vinegar Bragg has made since 1912. It is certified organic, unfiltered, unheated and unpasteurized, so it keeps the Mother, the cloudy strands that settle in the bottom of the jug. Acidity is 5%, the standard for pickling and preserving. Shake before use.

This size makes sense if you pickle, make big batches of dressing or slaw, use it for cleaning, or simply go through a lot of it. Decant some into a smaller bottle for the counter and keep the jug in the pantry; it needs no refrigeration.
