Blume Vanilla Chai Blend, 100 g

Blume's Vanilla Chai is a latte blend of black tea extract and warming spices, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and fennel, folded into organic coconut milk powder and coconut sugar with smooth vanilla. The spice is balanced and cosy rather than fiery. It also carries lion's mane, reishi and maitake mushroom powders, which stay in the background of the flavour.

Make it hot or iced: mix a heaped teaspoon or two with a splash of boiling water, top with frothed or cold milk of your choice and sweeten to taste. There is black tea in it, so it carries some caffeine, which is what makes it a good afternoon pick-me-up. Every ingredient is organic.
