Blume Beetroot Blend, 125 g

Blume Beetroot Blend is a ground powder for making pink lattes at home. Organic beetroot is blended with organic cinnamon, ginger and cloves, with nothing else added. The colour is a deep rosy pink and the flavour is gently sweet and earthy, with a bit of warmth from the spices.

Whisk a spoonful into hot or cold milk, dairy or plant-based, and sweeten to taste. Because everything is finely ground, it also stirs easily into smoothies, oatmeal or energy balls and gives them a natural pink tint. A 125 g bag makes about 25 to 35 servings.
