Autumn Sons Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix gives you soft, spiced pumpkin cookies studded with real chocolate chunks, without measuring out a dozen things. The mix is built on a gluten-free flour blend of oat, chickpea, sorghum, potato starch and tapioca, with organic pumpkin, ground flaxseed, organic brown and cane sugar and a warm blend of Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and mace.

You add a little maple syrup and oil, stir, and bake. The whole thing takes about fifteen minutes, which makes it a good one for a rainy Saturday with kids or a quick contribution to a potluck.
