Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, 624 g

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix takes the guesswork out of gluten-free cookies. The bag holds a rice and sorghum flour blend with xanthan gum already in it, plus chocolate chips, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and natural vanilla, so you only need to add the wet ingredients listed on the bag.

It makes cookies that taste like the ones you remember from childhood, and one bag turns out a good batch for a school bake sale or a weekend with the kids. Keep the unopened mix in a cool, dry cupboard.
