A gently carbonated botanical tonic from Auralis, brewed with reishi mushroom extract and a short list of botanicals: elderberry distillate, birch distillate and tannins from grape skins. Relaxed is the evening one of the three-bottle range, made for winding down at the end of the day when you want something in the glass that is not wine or beer.

There is no sugar or sweetener in the ingredient list, so it drinks dry and clean, closer to a sparkling herbal tea than a pop. Serve it cold, on its own or over ice. The 355 mL bottle carries a 10-cent deposit.
