Atwood Heritage Wild Boar Salami, 125 g

Sliced wild boar salami from Atwood Heritage's game meats line. Farm-raised wild boar is blended with pork and beef, seasoned with spices and a touch of cane sugar, then fermented, cold smoked over natural wood and dry cured. Boar is richer and a little sweeter than pork, and the salami has a firm, meaty texture.

It comes pre-sliced and ready to eat, so it goes straight onto a cheese board, into a sandwich or a wrap, or alongside crackers for lunch. Gluten-free and dairy-free, with no added colour or artificial ingredients. Cured with cultured celery powder rather than added nitrites. Keep it refrigerated once opened.
