About this supplement

The softgel version of AquaOmega's plant-based omega-3. Instead of fish oil, each softgel holds algal oil, a vegan source of both EPA and DHA with the emphasis on DHA. It is the same idea as the liquid, in a format you can carry and swallow without tasting.

It suits people who do not eat fish, or who want a plant-based omega-3 for the whole household. The oil is protected with green tea and rosemary leaf extracts, and the softgels are taken daily with food. A bottle holds 120 softgels.
