Anita's Organic Mill Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix, 800 g

An 800 g bag of gluten-free pancake and waffle mix from Anita's Organic Mill, a small mill that grinds its own flours. The base is organic gluten-free oat flour and brown rice flour, with potato, tapioca and arrowroot starches for a tender crumb, a little coconut sugar and psyllium husk to hold it together.

Add eggs, milk or your usual alternatives, and oil, then cook as pancakes or in a waffle iron. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry cupboard. One bag makes many weekend breakfasts.
