Organic dried dill weed, sold by weight from the bulk spice section. Dill weed is the feathery leaf of the dill plant, dried, with a fresh, grassy flavour that is gentler than dill seed.

Sprinkle it over boiled new potatoes, stir it into yogurt or sour cream for a dip, fold it into egg or tuna salad, or use it with salmon and cucumber. Take a little at a time so it stays bright, and keep it in a sealed jar away from light.
