Dried organic dill weed, the feathery leaf of the dill plant, with a bright, slightly tangy flavour. One ingredient, organic, in a 22 g jar.

Dill goes naturally with fish, especially salmon, and with cucumber, potatoes and yogurt. Stir it into tzatziki, egg or potato salad, or a creamy dressing, or add it to pickles and soups. Dried dill is milder than fresh, so use a little more than a recipe calls for if you are swapping one for the other. Keep the jar out of direct light.
