About this product
Filsinger's Apple Cider Vinegar is made from the company's own certified organic apples, pressed and aged with nothing added. It is unpasteurized and unfiltered, so it keeps its cloudy look, and a strand of the mother may form in the bottle over time. That is normal; strain it out if you prefer, or leave it be.
It has 5% acidity, which makes it a good all-purpose kitchen vinegar. Use it in salad dressings and marinades, splash it into slaws and quick pickles, or add a spoonful to a glass of water. It comes in a 945 mL glass bottle. Store it in a cool cupboard away from direct sun.
