Production method: Each batch is handcrafted in a traditional copper still to produce a classic London dry gin with all the familiar botanical ingredients but none of the alcohol.

Quebec's first alcohol-free spirits, distilled from real botanicals.
Patrick Cool and Valérian Roy, the pair behind Brasserie Amiral's gin ale, created HP Juniper as Quebec's first non-alcoholic spirit. The gin is distilled from juniper and botanicals at Champ Libre in Mercier and bottled in Cowansville, with no sugar. The range now includes a floral gin, a tequila and a single malt whisky style.
