HP Juniper Classic Non-Alcoholic Gin, 750 mL

HP Juniper Classic is a non-alcoholic gin made the traditional way: each batch is distilled in a copper still with the familiar London dry botanicals, with none of the alcohol. Juniper berry, yuzu lemon, organic cucumber, cinnamon, lemongrass, coriander seed and organic rosemary go into the still, and the result is 0 percent alcohol and sugar-free.

On the nose, juniper and citrus zest; on the palate, dry with a warm mouthfeel. Try 60 mL (2 oz) over ice with 120 mL (4 oz) of good tonic and a slice of lemon. Once opened, store it in the dark at a steady temperature and use within three months.
