Squeeze is Zazubean's citrus bar: 70% dark chocolate with orange oil, small pieces of candied ginger and a pinch of turmeric. The orange comes through first, the ginger gives a warm, chewy bite, and the turmeric adds a faint earthy note behind the cocoa. It is made from seven organic, Fair Trade certified ingredients, and nothing else.

It is a good bar for people who find plain dark chocolate a little severe but do not want anything sugary. Enjoy a square or two after a meal, or pair it with a cup of black tea. It is made in a facility that also handles milk, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts, so check the label if that matters to you. Keep it cool and dry.
