Wholesome Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup, 480 mL

Wholesome Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup is an amber agave nectar extracted from the core of the Blue Agave plant and produced at low temperatures with only mild filtering, which is what makes it raw. The result is a fuller, more distinct flavour than the light version, one that brings out the natural sweetness of whatever you add it to.

It is about 25% sweeter than sugar, so use a little less. It stays liquid, does not crystallize and dissolves quickly, which suits iced drinks, smoothies and fresh fruit, as well as table-top use and baking. It is certified organic, non-GMO and Fair Trade Certified, and it suits vegan, plant-based and raw-food diets.
