Wholesome Organic Blue Agave Syrup is a liquid sweetener harvested from the core of the Blue Agave plant (Weber Azul), sustainably grown in Jalisco, Mexico. It is about 25% sweeter than sugar, so you use less, and it pours and dissolves easily, even in cold drinks. It is organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free and kosher.

This is the larger 480 mL bottle. Stir it into iced tea, lemonade, smoothies and cocktails, drizzle it over pancakes and oatmeal, or bake with it in place of sugar. Fair Trade premiums go directly to the farming communities that harvest the agave. Store it in the cupboard with the lid closed.
