Walter Mild Caesar Mix gives you the same tomato, clam and lemon base as the classic, without the horseradish. It is seasoned with organic tamari, onion, garlic and a touch of hot pepper sauce, so it is savoury and rounded rather than spicy. A good pick if you like your Caesar smooth, or if you want to control the heat yourself.

Serve it over ice with a rimmed glass and your usual garnish, add hot sauce to taste, or enjoy it on its own. Refrigerate after opening. It contains clams and soybeans.
