Walter Classic Caesar Mix is a ready-to-pour base for the Canadian brunch classic. It is built on tomato paste, clam juice and lemon, seasoned with organic tamari, horseradish, hot pepper sauce and spices. The result is savoury and bright, with a proper kick from the horseradish.

Pour it over ice with your spirit of choice, or drink it straight as a virgin Caesar. It also works as a base for a quick bloody Mary or splashed into a seafood chowder. Keep it in the fridge once opened. Note that it contains clams and soybeans.
