TuNah Vegan Tunah Original, 150 g

TuNah Vegan Tunah is the original, plain version of this plant-based alternative to canned tuna. It is made from non-GMO soybean protein with salt, spices, mushroom powder and rice wine vinegar for a savoury, sea-salty taste, and it flakes the way tuna does. It is a source of protein and a straightforward swap for anyone leaving fish off the plate.

Because it is unflavoured, it takes seasoning well. Mix it with vegan mayo, celery and a squeeze of lemon for classic tuna salad, bake it into a casserole, or fold it into sushi rolls. It contains soy and is made in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, fish and other allergens, so check the label if that matters to you.
