About this product
Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother's Milk is a nursing tea for breastfeeding mothers. It is based on a traditional European herbal combination passed down through generations, built on fennel, anise, coriander, fenugreek and blessed thistle, herbs long used to help promote lactation. Spearmint, lemongrass, lemon verbena and marshmallow root round out the blend.
The taste is sweet and slightly bitter, with a distinct licorice-like note from the fennel and anise. It is caffeine-free, and many mothers take it with a spoonful of honey. Mothers have been reaching for this tea for over four decades. Each box holds 16 wrapped tea bags.
