About this product
A chicken korma spice blend from Taste of Mauritius, made here in Atlantic Canada, in a 70 g pack. It brings together cinnamon, turmeric, cumin, chili flakes, coriander seed, peppercorn, fenugreek and garam masala for a warm, fragrant curry with a gentle heat.
Fry the blend briefly with onion and garlic, add chicken and coconut milk or yogurt and simmer until tender. It works just as well with chickpeas, cauliflower or paneer for a meatless version. Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
