Taste of Mauritius Butter Chicken Spice Blend, 70 g

Taste of Mauritius Butter Chicken Spice Blend is a locally made, Atlantic Canadian spice mix built around coriander, turmeric, chilli and fenugreek, finished with Taste of Mauritius' own garam masala of fennel, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, white poppy seed and peppercorn. The 70 g pouch is enough for several batches.

Use it as the seasoning base for a butter chicken sauce with tomato, cream or coconut milk, or rub it on chicken or paneer before roasting. It also works stirred into lentils or a pot of rice. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
