Stahlbush Island Farms Riced Cauliflower, 300 g

Riced cauliflower from Stahlbush Island Farms: cauliflower florets chopped into rice-sized pieces and frozen in a 300 g bag. It is a single ingredient, with nothing added.

Sauté it in a little oil for a lighter stand-in for rice under a curry or stir-fry, mix it into fried rice, or stir it into soups and casseroles. It cooks from frozen in a few minutes; avoid boiling it so it does not go watery. Keep frozen and seal the bag after opening.
