Spectrum Unrefined Sesame Oil, 375 mL

Spectrum's unrefined sesame oil is pressed from sesame seeds and left unrefined, so it keeps more of the seed's flavour and colour than a refined oil would. It is a single-ingredient oil in a 375 mL bottle.

Use it in dressings, marinades and sauces, or add it near the end of a stir-fry for a nutty note. Because it is unrefined, it is best for lower-heat cooking and finishing rather than high-heat frying. Store it in a cool, dark cupboard, and refrigerate after opening if you use it slowly.
