South Shore Sea Salt's Rosemary Thyme Sea Salt blends their Atlantic Canadian sea salt with rosemary and thyme. It smells like a Sunday roast and works anywhere you would reach for those two herbs.
Rub it on chicken or lamb before roasting, toss it with potatoes and olive oil, sprinkle it over focaccia or a tray of roasted root vegetables, or finish a bowl of white bean soup. A pinch goes a long way. Keep it dry and sealed.

From South Shore Sea Salt
Sea salt evaporated from St. Margaret's Bay.
South Shore Sea Salt was started in 2018 by Rebecca Wilson and is now run by Marsha and Andrew Wilson, a mother-and-son team in Hubbards. The salt is evaporated from the water of St. Margaret's Bay and sold plain or flavoured as a finishing salt, in packaging that avoids plastic.
