Simply Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon, 59 g

Simply Organic's Ground Ceylon Cinnamon is nothing but pure, organic Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), the variety often called true cinnamon. It is certified organic by QAI, kosher certified, non-GMO, not irradiated and not treated with ETO, and it was voted best Ceylon cinnamon by Epicurious in 2018.

Ceylon has a lighter, more delicate flavour than the everyday cassia type, which makes it the one to reach for in rice pudding, oatmeal, baked apples, chai and Mexican hot chocolate, and in savoury dishes such as Moroccan tagines and Sri Lankan curries.
