Sage Smudge Wand 4"

A small sage smudge wand, about 10 cm (4") long: dried sage leaves bundled and tied so they burn slowly and smoulder rather than flame. Burning sage is traditionally associated with clearing and refreshing a space, and many people simply like the warm, herbal smoke.

To use it, light the tip, let the flame go out, and let the smoke drift while you move through the room. Tap it out in a heatproof dish, shell or bowl of sand when you are done, and make sure it is fully out before you leave it. Each bundle can be relit many times. Store it dry.
