Bulk Organic Elderberries

Simmer them with water, and honey or sugar, to make a homemade elderberry syrup, steep them for a warming tea with cinnamon and ginger, or cook them down into jam and jelly. They are best cooked rather than eaten raw. Sold from the bulk section by weight, so you can buy just enough for a batch. Keep them in a sealed jar in a cool, dark cupboard.
