Raincoast Trading's Wild Albacore Tuna is wild-caught Pacific albacore packed in its own juices with sea salt and a light seasoning of garlic, curry powder and black pepper, then finished with natural hardwood smoke. There is no added water or oil, so it is dense, meaty and naturally rich in omega-3 oils.

Raincoast is owned by a fourth-generation Canadian fishing family and the tuna is caught in the Pacific Northwest with no bycatch and no habitat damage, traceable from boat to package. Use it for a better tuna salad, a nicoise, pasta or straight from the pack with crackers.
