About this product

Raincoast Trading's Smoked Sockeye is wild-caught Pacific sockeye salmon, smoked over natural wood and packed with nothing added but sea salt and a little organic sugar. There is no added water or oil, so what is in the pack is salmon, and it is naturally rich in omega-3 oils.

Raincoast is a Canadian fishing-family company, and the fish is caught in the Pacific Northwest with no bycatch and no habitat damage, fully traceable from boat to package. Flake it over a salad or bagel, fold it into pasta or scrambled eggs, or serve it on crackers with cream cheese.
