Peppermint brings the cool, spearmint the sweetness and field mint a brighter, greener edge, and together they make a cleaner, more rounded cup than a single-mint tea.

It is naturally caffeine-free, so it works after a heavy meal, late in the evening, or any time you want something fresh without a coffee. Steep a bag for five minutes in boiled water; it also makes a good iced tea if you brew it strong and pour it over ice with a squeeze of lemon.
