Basentabs pH-balance is Pascoe's alkaline mineral tablet. Each small, easy-to-swallow tablet combines calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate and a little zinc. It is an antacid containing alkaline salts, and the calcium and magnesium help in the development and maintenance of bones.

The calcium-to-magnesium ratio is 3:1, and the tablets are free of sugar, gluten and lactose. The 100-tablet box comes with 15 pH test strips so you can check your own readings at home. Take the tablets with food and plenty of water.
