A half-and-half blend of organic chia and flax seeds, sprouted and then cold-milled into a ready-to-use powder. Milling breaks the seeds open so you get the whole seed without grinding, and Organic Traditions sprouts them for easier digestion. It is a source of fibre and omega-3.

Stir it into oatmeal, smoothies or yogurt, whisk it with water to make a gel for egg-free baking, or add a spoonful to pancake and muffin batter. It has a mild, nutty taste. Keep the bag sealed and store it in a cool, dry place; the fridge helps keep the oils fresh once opened.
