Organic Traditions Lucuma Powder is dried, milled lucuma, a fruit from the Andes with a soft, maple and caramel-like flavour. It is used as a natural sweetener and flavour, not as a sugar substitute in the strict sense, and it gives a lovely rounded taste to whatever you add it to.
