About this product
Loose-leaf holy basil, also called tulsi, cut for tea. It is certified organic and caffeine-free, with nothing else in the bag. Holy basil is a staple of Ayurveda, where it is sometimes called the queen of herbs, and many people drink it in the evening as a calming, caffeine-free cup.
Steep a spoonful in hot water for a few minutes and strain, or blend it with green tea, mint or ginger. It also makes a good iced tea. The 150 g bag goes a long way for a loose-leaf tea. Keep it sealed, away from light and heat.
