They are vegan, set with pectin, and get their colour from elderberry extract and their flavour from real fruit juice concentrates including aronia, raspberry, blackcurrant and bilberry. They are sold by weight from our bulk section.

The taste is a mix of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, sweet with a dark-berry tang. They are a nice pick for lunchboxes or a candy dish when you want something a little lighter on sugar. Keep them in a sealed container at room temperature.
